The John Adams Center for the Study of Faith, Philosophy and Public Affairs is lead by the JAC Board of Directors. Each member of the board has has made significant impacts in their community and is committed to furthering the study of the moral self-government of individuals and of society.

The John Adams Center’s Mission

  • Develop and spread true philosophy:
    • Special attention to LDS community, and bright young students and academics: immunize against sophistry of “intellectuals.”
    • Build networks among faithful young LDS thinkers and other religious and philosophical friends.
  • Support and publicize faithful and morally serious thinking as an alternative to the intellectual relativism and narrow specialization.
